Actually, I didn't start keeping records of wines drank until August of 2004 (Thank you CellarTracker) so I will not be including 2004 in the notes again until we hit August.

Still a bit young. Could use some more time in bottle. Try again in three months.

Seven Hills Syrah Walla Walla Valley
USA, Washington, Columbia Valley, Walla Walla Valley
Inky black. Lots of smoke and earth on the nose. Smoke continues on the palate with a good dose of mint. Dense wine with good mouthfeel. Would purchase again.
