Nice, but not exciting. Lots of dark fruit flavors. Pleasent, but not complex. Not to be saved for a second day. Lost all fruit and was so tannic that it was nearly undrinkable. Open bottle and drink up.

Chateau St. Jean Chardonnay
USA, California, Sonoma County
Initially served too cold, which muted the nose and flavors. After it warmed up it came back to it's reliable standard. Light on the butter this vintage with more elements of crisp apple. Decent acidity. Would purchase again.
